Mitabyte is a Durban based IT company. Mitabyte assembles, retails and wholesales IT (Information Technology) products and services. We have over 24 years experience in the IT industry and are current located in Umgeni Business Park, Durban.

Mitabyte realizes that people are the key to our success, our customers, suppliers and personnel are our future, we believe in operating our business with absolute integrity, efficiency and service excellence. We strive to ensure that our service levels always exceed that of our customer’s expectations.

We also put a huge amount of effort in negotiating prices with our suppliers together with buying in bulk and passing on the savings to our customers which further enhances customer satisfaction. These customers not only include end-users and resellers but also the corporate and educational sector.

In 2011 we extended our services by launching our Online Store. We can now provide our customers with the option of ordering online and having their orders delivered. Going online not only allows us extend our market reach but also makes it easier for those customers who find shopping online more convenient for their busy lifestyles.
